XPANSE organizers are aware of the importance of privacy policy to our clients and that of receiving clear, transparent information regarding how we use the information they provide to the organizers.

**1．About the Obtaining of Personal Information**
The XPANSE event organizers will obtain personal information via the following methods.- Attendee registration (prior registration for the physical and digital event and registration on day of attendance)- Session and workshop applications• Applications and registrations via Linkedin and other social media or event platforms used for XPANSE.

**2．Purposes of Use of Personal Information**
Personal information provided to the XPANSE organizers through various inquiries, applications, attendee registration, session applications and other methods related to the event undertaking, will be shared only internally within the XPANSE organizing parties and will be used for the following purposes.

1. To send proof of attendance for the registered attendance, and to send information relating to events.

2. To send reminders, reception slips, etc. for workshops, sessions, reception, gala, stakeholder meetings or other event related event activities that are part of the 3-day program of XPANSE.

3. To send forum fee invoices, sponsor contracts, and other necessary operation-related communication as it pertains to exhibitors, partners, and sponsors.

4. To send information about the program agenda, timing, location and relevant activities of the XPANSE event.

5. To ask for opinions, feedback from to better improve the upcoming XPANSE events.

6. To send information directly related to the participation at the event for which attendees have registered.

7. To send promotional information and/or advertising at XPANSE and the digital event carried out, including by electronic means.

**3．Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties**

The XPANSE organizers will not disclose personal information to a third party, except in the following cases:

1. Cases in which the owner of the personal information consents to disclosure.
